Customize your signature

    On this page, click “Copy to Clipboard” to copy your signature to your computer’s clipboard.

    In the Outlook app, click “Outlook” in the menu bar at the top, and select preferences.

    In the Email section, select “Signatures”.

    Click the + (plus) symbol to add a new signature.

    In the signature editor, paste the signature copied from above. (You can use CMD-V on Mac, or right click and select “Paste”).

    Close the signature editor.

    In the Signatures preference pane, you can select the signature you just created.

    In the dropdown for “New Message” select the signature you just created, and it will be added to all new emails you compose.

    Visit Outlook.Office.com.

    Click the Settings gear in the menubar at the top right of your page.

    At the bottom of the pane that appears; select “View all Outlook settings”.

    Select “Mail” then choose “Compose and reply”.

    In the signature editor, paste the signature copied from above. (You can use CMD-V on Mac, or right click and select “Paste”).

    Check the option “Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose”.

    In the lower right hand corner, click “Save” to save your changes.

    In the Apple Mail app, select “Mail” in the top menu bar, then select “Preferences”.

    Select the “Signatures” pane.

    In the sidebar, select your Outlook email account.

    Click the + (plus) button to add a new signature.

    Name your signature.

    Un-select the option “Always match my default message font”.

    In the signature editor, paste the signature copied from above. (You can use CMD-V on Mac, or right click and select “Paste”).
